can someone host a tournament because i always wanted to bey battle other people and im way to young to host a tournament in Dallas?

Host one yourself, use the Event Guide and WBO Official Play rules. And you should keep checking in the Upcoming events box in the main page, if there are tournaments there.

Tournaments are volunteer-run. You can't just request a tournament. Either be more pro-active, or wait patiently for someone to host one.
