I cant remember Storm Aries tip and track, but I have it. I also have the tip that is the tallest and is interchangable between two heights.

Attack : Lightning L-drago 100 RF
Defence : Rock Leone C145WB(try to get Bull for Bull CW and SD bottom)
Stamina : Flame Leone/Sagittario DF145/145S (as a thread has shown 145 > DF145. S has balance problems though, which is why you need Bull if you must use S)
Balance : - Can't help here with the parts you have. Bull could help again.

You cannot make that, the AR and WD are plastic, but Bearing Core is an HMS part.
Unless you mean Wolborg 1's BB/SG, in wghich case the answer is yes, though it could be improved with Customize Grip Base and Defense Ring.

If it's Hasbro, and he's playing in a PTW (Which appears likely), Dark is definitely his best choice.

Are you sure you don't have the Earth Metal Wheel? I see you have all other parts from an uncustomized Earth Aquila. Anyway, I'll list the combos that uses an Earth Metal Wheel.

Attack:
Ray _____ D125CS (Okay. Change Bottom to RF to make it a reputable combo. You might also want to change the Track to CH120 or 100)


Defense:
Earth/Rock Bull C145 CS/WD (Decent/Okay. Add a Metal Face, use the Earth Metal Wheel and replace Bottom with WB to Make it Top-Tier. Although I do find CS to be superior to WB in terms of Defense.)

Stamina:
Burn/Earth Bull DF145 WD/SD (Top-Tier. However, you might also want to consider using D125 as the Track since many members have been getting better results with lower Tracks.)

Lightning LDrago and Rock Leone by themselves are decent attack and defense types, but that's the best you can make with just those three.

Get metal faces and an RF (Storm Pegasus's bottom) and add them to LDrago, then you'll have a top tier bey.

Sadly, only Leone's bottom is top tier...everything else isn't that great. Rock is an okay defense wheel, and 145 is top tier for stamina.

Dark Wolf is nearly useless, but the track is top tier for stamina.

i don't care if it's not perfect or wat type it is i just want a relatively good combo these are all hasbro blades

and i'm getting poison serpent in a couple of weeks time

Storm Aquario uncustomized or Storm CH120HF for an attack type, for Defense, you can use Rock ED145WB. You don't have any good stamina parts.

Still these customizations aren't that great, they're the best of what you've got.

Doesn't matter now i have seen Flame Sagittario df145b on Competitive Metal Fight Beyblade Combos thread.

Metal Face, Earth Fusion Wheel, C145 Spin Track, WB Performance Tip. After you have these, make Metal Face Earth Bull C145 WB. Edit: This is for a defense top tier Bey.
