He could use T125 since it's lower so less stamina and has less recoil but has more balance when it starts tipping over.

Not much to work with here ... I would say that uncustomized Master Dragoon would be your best bet lol. You could play with Whale Crusher (Seaborg 2) as well.

Dark cancer CH120SF
Rock bull WD145HF
(I can exchange my wd145 for c145 with my friend)
maybe i can only make some balance combos with these parts?

Storm Capricorne CH120HF is the best out of your list.

Do you have any metal faces? if yes, then make:
MF Lightning L Drago 105RF. 105 is used instead of 100 for better smash attack potential. But of course, 0.5 mm doesn't make much difference.
