RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - th!nk - Dec. 10, 2011

Thanks Smile

I'll save these all in a document, but I'm still not sure of which beys were and weren't released by Hasbro, and which were modified with normal EG's, Customise EG's, normal blade bases, whatever.

I'm assuming these are the ones we still need so far?

Poseidon
AR: Trident Vector

Trygle 2
AR: Triple Beak

Trygator
AR: Jungle Shock

Gigars
AR: Gigantic Claw
WD: 10-Balance
SG: Right Customize Engine Gear
BB: Final Clutch Base (Gigars Version)
CEW: Metal Semi-Flat

Zeus
AR: Holy Despell
S-AR: Screw Zeus
WD: 10-Wide
SG: ????Right Customize Engine Gear?????
BB: First Clutch Base (Zeus Version)
CEW: Metal Ball

(Think the last two are right).

That's the ones they altered with engine gears, IIRC, I'm not sure whether it's also worth listing things Like Voltaic Ape where they changed the WD, or things where they changed stuff like the Shape or Function of parts (Trypio, Sparkling Attacker).

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - KaizerMFB - Dec. 10, 2011

Orca Diver and Rushing Boar are the same as their Takara Counterparts. i would know, I HAD them. (HAD Pinching_eyes_2)

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - th!nk - Dec. 10, 2011

Okay, edited, wasn't sure what that bunch were released as (I'm pretty sure if those were released regularly, the others in their groups were too)

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - th!nk - Dec. 10, 2011

I'll study that and update it in a little, still a bit fuzzy at the moment. It has decent shots of the weight disks for a few, too.

Nice find Smile

EDIT: Okay, worked out a couple of them aren't hasbro, but yeah. Poseidon and Appolon I can't see the weight disks, and there's no trygator or trygle 2. I think those two and Galeon 2 were the ones given normal EG's, but yeah, no idea what tips. Also, still not sure if Capricorn Strike G's CEW was Metal Sharp or not.

Revising the tips from the info on that site, will add an update on where we are at soon.

EDIT: Here we go, updated list. Please check to see if there's anything you know/can confirm/help with/know we've forgotten!!!

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Dan - Dec. 11, 2011

http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-is-there-a-galeon-2?pid=214194#pid214194

yes.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Poseidon - Dec. 11, 2011

Whoops meant hasbro; I own the takara one XD

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Dan - Dec. 11, 2011

Apparently Galeon 2 is:
AR: Howling Leo
WD: Random (10-Heavy, 10-Balance, 10-Wide, Star Attack, Revolver Attack)
SG: MW Right
BB: SG-Semi-Flat
(http://forums.beyblade.com/boards/index.php?s=2fa638acc463782714a8deab8c008886&showtopic=429 )

Also, no, as far as I know Galeon 2 was not released by Hasbro at all.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - .:J:. - Dec. 11, 2011

who else would like t see dios custom beys in use? I really would like to know what part they would have played in the metagame if they had been made.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Dan - Dec. 11, 2011

He molds them using putty.
It would not at all reflect how well certain parts would do.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - .:J:. - Dec. 11, 2011

I know, but I mean based on the shape in general he gets them perfect pretty much.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - DynaZord - Dec. 11, 2011

But then they probably wouldn't keep their shape if they were hit... and I believe he's said a few times that his molds aren't suitable for battling. All his time would pretty much go to waste if he were to use them.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - .:J:. - Dec. 11, 2011

they seem to be relatively solid, but I don't know what kind of putty he uses so I'm not quite sure.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Poseidon - Dec. 11, 2011

Putty isn't a very solid material anyway, it's break even if it was really strong.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - .:J:. - Dec. 11, 2011

I would like to know how much force is needed for it to break, just for personal information. doesn't matter much.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Poseidon - Dec. 11, 2011

I expect after a match or rwo they would have snapped off or broke or deformed.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - th!nk - Dec. 11, 2011

Thanks for the help, Benjohadi.

As for galeon 2 being released by hasbro, it's hard to find information on it, same with Trygator, but KaizerMFB mentioned it so I assume it was?

And that one you listed was the Takara ver (that can be found on the parts list).

I'll have an updated version of that list here soon. But yea, any more info on Trygator, Galeon 2, and the weight disks?

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Poseidon - Dec. 11, 2011

Im virtually postive it hasn't been released, I would've seen it by now being blading with plastics for a year and a half.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - th!nk - Dec. 11, 2011

Eeeh, then what was KaizerMFB saying?
Also, Rapid Eagle G (Killer Eagle) was released, I forgot about it.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Poseidon - Dec. 11, 2011

Ask Rai he owns alot of G revolution plastics.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - th!nk - Dec. 11, 2011

Janstarblast may have had it too iirc.
Anyway, I do think Galeon 2 was released by hasbro, it's hard to find info on it, but there are references to it out there.

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - Poseidon - Dec. 11, 2011

Trygle 2 was realsed though I know that much.
Janstarblast has killer eagle "G"

RE: Plastic Parts Discussion - th!nk - Dec. 11, 2011

Also this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKLBkl7ez7g

Looks like Zeus's Base, normal right EG metal semi flat, 10 wide.

I'll do some trawling, see if I can find any others.

Also, confirmed what benjo said about orthros g.
