Sorry to disappoint you, but you're a little late. However, it is old, so maybe this one will stay. But how about adding to your own thread?
In all honesty, Itachi is my favorite character. I like how he is still somewhat relevant to the story through Sasuke, even though he died.
Having said that, Kisame Hoshigaki is one of my least favorite characters. I think he is a little too creepy to be liked by many readers.

Oh, well my favorite character is Madara. He controls Biju, teleports, and makes himself untouchable. Not to mention he wants to project his eye off the moon. Hm, I hope this doesn't get closed.

Biju Is Not His Yet And May Not Ever Be Contained If A stronger Person Intervenes But He Is Extremely Strong.

my favorite character is sasuke as he's the coolest of all and has now also aquired mongiq sharingan(sorry for spelling mistakes) and i ttruely respect his brother itachi first i used to think how bad he was but after listining the real story from madara uchiha i realised how greate he was

Really? I was dry-eyed the whole time. In fact, Pain's line of "I was sure his heart stopped" made me laugh. Yeah, I suppose I'm a tad twisted that way. The flashback to Itachi's death almost made me bawl, though.
