Sub-Type Customization Help - Lord L-Drago - May. 16, 2011 First, I would like to say, no this isn't one of those posts were the person just syas"Could you please make me a Customization", it is some help in GENERAL with customizations. What I need help with is, I have been into beyblade for abut a year now, I understand the basics, but whenever I look on this forum, People alwas metion things like "Upper Attack", Or "Counter Defense", I was wondering if some one could explain to me these "Sub-Types" of beyblade. I don't want to know WHAT beyblades use "Upper Attack" I want to know what upper attack MEANS in a battle, and how I could make a decent one(Not like for Ex:Lighting L-drago 100hf, I mean like "A good upper attack focuses on...."). If you could, could you also tell me WHAT "Sub-Clases" there are when it comes to beyblade, the ones I know are Upper Attack, And I know a few more, just not sure I would get their names right. Thanks for reading. Ps. The reason I put this post on this Forum is that it does have a lot to do on the how to of Customization. RE: Sub-Type Customization Help - Raigeko13 - May. 16, 2011 You could have always asked in the "Ask a question get an answer!" thread. RE: Sub-Type Customization Help - Lord L-Drago - May. 16, 2011 True, but this is a bit of a large question, and I think it would be best to be discussed, not only answered RE: Sub-Type Customization Help - Evan - May. 16, 2011 In Metal Fight Beyblade the term "upper-attack" means nothing since all attack is based on recoil from the metal on metal collisions. Here are some, but not all, sub-types. Attack; Smash Attack Types - Uses a heavy beyblade with a strong smash at high speeds. These beys can be broken down into five categories. Low Track - Uses 100 or lower* - ex. MF Lightning L-Drago 85LRF Mid Track - Uses 105-125 - ex. Screw Pisces D125R2F Change Track - Uses CH120* ex. MF Lightning L-Drago CH120LRF High Track - Uses 130 or higher ex. MF Pegasis 145R2F Tank Attack Types - Uses BD145 ex. MF Lightning L-DragoBD145LRF * indicates the most common types Equalize Attack Types - This kind of attack type uses opposite spin direction and low-friction bottom to equalize the spin of opponents and wins by either outspin or knock out. ex. Meteo L-Drago (Absorb) CH120XF MF-H Gravity Perseus BD145MF Stamina types are characterized as either low, mid, or hight stamina or destabilizer (which itself is categorized as either low or high track). Low Track Stamina - Uses 100 or lower Mid Track Stamina - Uses 105-145 High Track Stamina - Uses 230 Defense types have a lot of different variations. High track defense, low track defense, compact defense, Shield Defense (using Perseus' dual spin direction to counter left spin combos), and aggressive defense. I don't have time to go over all of those, but I will when I get off of work. |
