Defence beating combo - Giga - Feb. 20, 2009
This is a recoil based combo that deals one or two large blows, hopefully taking the opponent out.
AR: Sonic Tiger
WD: 6 or 10 Heavy
SG: Left
BB SG Flat
It beat
AR: War Lion
Sub AR: War Lion
WD: 10 Heavy
SG: HMC
BB: SG Metal Ball Base
in the MFB Balance Style Stadium 4 out of 5 times, mostly by delivering crucial attacks then spinning a few seconds more than opponent, thought I'd share

Yeah, but did you use 6 or 10 heavy with your attack combo? This will help other people to make this combo.

Ok, fair enough. I've made an alternative to this, if anyone wants to hear it give me a shout
This combo is alright, but I dont think it would be able to withstand HMS blades.

I think you should change to Storm Grip Base. It will greatly decrease the possibility of ring out.
I just realized you use this combination to outspin a defense type. Why don't you just use a compact or something that has less chance of flying out of the stadium?

Why don't you just use an endurance combo to beat a defense combo? A wolborg in left spin would beat that defense combo.

Exactly. The best way to beat a defense combo is to outlast it. Its not a great idea to try to knock them out because they are built for the very purpose of not getting knocked out.

I suppose the guy has a slight advantage in choosing an attacker which he knows has more survival. This can trick the opponent into thinking they are safe.

Thats not a great strategy against defense though. You'll still be giving the defense combo the advantage.

How? Most defense combinations are not meant to knock the opponent out. They are meant to spin longer than the opponent. As long as you are capable of controlling a basic attacker, it's easy to get the Beyblades into the position the defensive player wants; both blades spinning in the center of the stadium. If you have more survival, you will win. It's a mind trick more than it is a really efficient way to beat a defense type. The most efficient way would be a survival type.

Guys, it was more intended for recoil based attack, just wanted to do something different.

That is obviously a decent combo unlike this one, should have mentioned it was not really intended for serious play
