It's most likely about WarHammer 40K. That's the only thing I can think of that has "40K" in it's name, and uses armies.

My favourite race would have to be the tyranids just because they look wicked. I have Dawn of War 2 but I've stopped playing though because the graphics are way to high for my computer & it is too slow, even on low graphics.
