Wrong place to ask. As a whole, Poison Serpent is better but Burn Phoenix has better parts.

The only good part of Poison Serpent is SD, (and MAYBE SW145) Burn Phoenix is the better choice.

But if you were to get one bey and only one. You'd rather get Serpent as it is actually usable.
