hey i just wanted to know how to wear down RF quickly becase i looked on youtube and nothing happend(nothing showed up) and i thought this was the right place to put it because it is not a wbo question and its not a custimisation

This belongs in Ask a Question, Get an Answer. It wears down after about 40 matches (though using a heavier wheel such as Basalt or Libra will wear it down faster)

Stupid pun answear: Put a strapt around it and wear it down on your ankles or other inappropiate places
Pro answear: Just battle with it, if you find that tideous then just shoot it at some really textured places, e.g: None smoothed concerete and/or on a brick type material (something rough).

This is a pretty arbitrary number of matches.
