Don't be expecting anything lower than dimsum2u. He's the lowest price you can get.
For BB-10, there might be some in stock on Toy Wiz. They're fairly cheap too.

I've got a virgo wheel I can sell you. I'm located in the UK too. Also you're never gonna find the BB-18 Libra for that price. Also it's pretty hard to find.
