That banner you see is a signature... You can request some signature shop to make you one (Jacksonian's signature shop is an example) or you can make one for yourself, by using photoshop and all...upload it on some site like imageshack or picasa.
Then, go to my settings, towards the left you'll find an option saying change signature, click on it, then on the bar where you have those buttons (Font, color etc.) you'll find one called insert image. Enter the URL of the image in that and you will get your sig... If you want anymore help, PM me... If you prefer to get your sig made by some sig shop, then let me tell you, they are awesome! check my sig(nature) for example... And yes, though the name is sig shop, they make the sigs free of charge! So don't hesitate!
