And The IT Crowd is awesome. I'm having a hard time deciding what counts as a sitcom and what doesn't though.
Also, I don't really find the Office that funny......maybe at first but I think it's been overhyped.

While not English, I will agree to Fawlty Towers being one of my favs. It's always sunny in Philadelphia takes another spot. After that....I dunno none stand out to be better than the other.
