Transformers was awesome <3 , except for a few bad actors *cough* megan fox.
so I wanna see the sequel which will prbly suck but w/e. Anyone know which month it will be released? I've been hearing May.

While I want to see this, I really want Starscream to have a more important role. He didn't really do much in the first. Starscream is my favorite character lmao

If you click on the poster it says, June 26, 2009...
SS should have a larger role, since he was the only remaining Decepticon (except Barricade, and maybe Scorpinok, but IIRC, he got killed off in the Movie's comic series...) to survive.

I'm looking forward to it and I'm hoping they improve the decepticons so that you dont have to look for tiny details when trying to differentiate them.
Skorponok was a complete massacre in the first one (Example, he's not Blackouts fkn subordinate!!! and No purple dammit!
I hope they put Soundwave in it just so I can say to half the people I argued with "I fkn told you the cassette player was Frenzy, not Soundwave you douche!"
Regardless, they kept StarScream so i'm happy.

Anyway, the Transformers movie was geared more towards people that aren't familiar to the series from beforehand. To people who grew up with this carp, it was a letdown.

The first was alright. I wouldn't say it was bad or anything just not that good. I may go and see this anyway. Who knows maybe it might be good.

Thing is it's hard to make a movie based on a brand like this. Since it's had so many different adpatations over it's 25 year life.

Have you seen Theft Of The Golden Disk? It's a animated adaptation of a comic that depics Megatron's initial theft of the golden disk on Cybertron. It's pretty cool, but like only 10 minutes. Search it up on the net, since it was released online by Hasbro.
A live action movie would be very hard for Beast Wars. Since it was set in Prehistoric Earth, and had no humans...
