Is it just me or is the artist different in Beyblade 2000 than in 2002 and G-Rev?

Sorry, I know it's kinda obvious they look completely different... but is it a different artist or is it the same guy who just finally learned how to draw?
P.S. TYSON IS SO FREAKIN FAT IN SEASON ONE IT'S SO STUPID.

an entire season is handled by many different animation teams who adhere to the artistic direction mandated by whoever is in charge of the series
so if your question is "is the art series different between seasons" the answer is a resounding "no carp"
