You should create threads when you already have tests. What I mean is that you should post results then create the thread.
And explain the concept. Is it supposed to be a Defense type? What are the accessories? What is it battling against?

Forty percent is not above average. This just does not deserve to be tested, especially if you know that other combinations are better ...
