One for being completely new to the sport in which you are talking about, and one who like Vongola said, someone who uses cowardly tactics.

This is probably gonna be closed soon, but what the hell. To me, a noob is an internet user that doesn,t think twice before making any single action. That includes making sure their posts aren't just grammatical slaughter, like "i bouthg that knew byebalde, storm pegasus, it sux lol"
