Anyways, if you're gonna get Metal Driger go for Takara not Hasbro. Otherwise it's useless.
And I don't think Master Draciel is bad. I mean, I don't know much compared to a lot of people on here but I've found it's AR to be quite good.

New members probably don't. Before I came here, I never even knew that the Takara Metal Driger had an HMC. I thought it was useless for both Hasbro and Takara.

There's little reason to get Master Draciel.
If you can get Takara Metal Driger, do it.
