This is a Hasbro exclusive, the Hybrid Wheel version of the Metal system Leone. Weight and shape will slightly differ.
There are no release dates with Hasbro.

Hm, this is not a new Beyblade, TAKARA-TOMY already released it more than a year ago and we know that it is bad.
