i have looked around and found no threads for this except:

although thats only for bands and apparently solo artists are different!
there's also a thread for favorite JAPANESE bands but this is different!
JAPANESE means anime! (you got the song from an anime)
please stop complaining and asking ok JAPANESE=anime Band=ANY band(including japanese) solo artists=ANY solo artists (including japanese)! japanese just means you got the song from an anime k?

if you are going to post please post which artist/what band/if japanese what anime?
btw to be honest i love bands cause they don't just sing they do the WHOLE song!

What if I like Australian bands/artists...why isn't there an Australian option? lol
It is weird there is a Japanese option, there is no need for it. Just because they are Japanese, doesn't mean they can't be classified as a band or solo artist...doesn't need to tie into the nationality.
A couple of my favourite bands are Ellegarden & The Hiatus...but I still voted for bands, lol. Some others I like are:

Bands, such as Skillet, Linkin Park, Sum 41, There For Tommorow, I sorta like Three Days Grace too, are my favorites.
