Go to AkirasDaddy or dimsum2u. Neither have Horogium, though. And I'm quite sure that they both would sell beys cheaper then plaomya.

Basalt Horogium is gonna be released by sonokong on Feb 7th and it includes Snipe Launcher.

Yeah wait till the sonokong release or get a pre order of it. Go out an see if you can get the hasbro Earth virgo cause it will be cheaper than the takara and sonokong versions. You can probably just about get them for $65.
