Or just questions about the WBO.
SQL is a database used to store [account] data, in which case, that particular error is saying it's at max capacity for transfer.
In short, too many people are on at once and the WBO would need to upgrade their MyBB account to a higher capacity server to support the growing amount of users (which costs money).
