Well its an online browser based game that IMO wouldn't be classified as a video game. Its more like a social game which has some aspects that define it to be uh.....Idk. It can be classed in a range of classes I guess.

It's not impossible, it's just a pain...
I don't think it's wise to focus on one area of gold farming because you have to wait for items to resell. It's easier to multitask.
