You can use as many Beyblade combinations at the number of opponents you face. Once you are in a Beybattle with someone, you make one selection and you cannot change it until your matches with that someone are finished.

DrPepsidew No, you cannot use Beywheelz launchers for MFB/Zero-G. The prongs are wide set apart.
