dude i dont think you will get any business cause you charge stuff. many people do it cause they want to help people and ask for nothing in return.

nobodys gonna give you anything. there are many more signature and avatar shops for free and so far u havent made anything to show that your any good at all.

I won't charge stuff then, but I'll take broken parts if it is in two or three pieces. I have attached a face for dragoon that I made.

That is poor quality. Try practicing using proper software. Also, learn how to actually copy URL properly.
