The shading I DID have trouble with. It was kinda hard to do this one too
and it's a PNG I made sure. And your is quite better in my opinion xD

also the only thing i can make it with is paint...

go look up sprite videos, they tell you how to shade properly
if you had proper shading on that, then it would be fine.
