Not to sound distrusting...
But this is the second time I see something posted like this.
From people with registration date : today.
Just posting a .exe file (a program), I would personally not download it since it most likely is a keylogger which are used to steal your information, and all of your passwords.
If you do trust this, carry on.
If anyone gets hacked, loses their email addresses, or even your game account (didn't know there was a game lol, don't say I didn't warn you!
