okay well its pretty basic and not the best but here it is..its going by the restriction list so this is what i use.
BP: Dragoon Emblem
AR: Upper Dragon
WD: Circle Wide
RC: Metal Weight Flat Core
any suggestions?..also, i dont have a gram scale but i would like to know exactly how much this combo weighs

Not sure about Upper Dragon. I'd use Slash Upper.

Or use Advance Attacker as AR.
