If you ask me The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya doesn't get enough credit around here. So I decided to make this thread to talk about The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It can be about the anime, manga, light novels, merchandise, or anything else Haruhi related.
I have 5 volumes of the manga, and I can't wait to get the 6th one! I have to first DVD and Kyon character album. I also have a bag with Haruhi in a buny girl outfit swinging around a little Kyon key chain, and it says Haruho ruined my life. I also have a SOS Brigade hat, and a Haruhi wallet. And lastly a Asakura chibi mini fig.

I watched it. I barely got through the endless eight part of the second season. Now I'm waiting for a third season

I watched the entirety of season one about the middle of 2010, in the proper order. Was a lot of fun, just never got a chance to watch season two.
I've been curious about reading the light novels, especially number 5 (the Disappearance).
I also spent a fair amount of time discussing the characters with a few other anime fans. The relationship between Haruhi and the rest of the cast is very interesting. Also, Kyon that sly dog >.>
I've also wanted to play the iPod Touch game that they released based on the computer game the SOS Brigade played against the computer club. Anyone played it?
Nano, could you post some pics of some of the merch you mentioned in the OP?

meaning to get into it. right now im trying to get the complet series and some of the stuff. like the wallet. (ive seen it at an anime store i know of) oh and where you get that bag of Haruhi in the Bunny suit, id like it

I got it from a dealer at Kumoricon. I got it for $22 when it's suppose to sell for $25 (yay for mega savings!) I have also seen a shirt with the same design.

i should ask the store if there getting any Haruhi stuff besides wall scrools (the scrolls are awesome by the way) and they got the Figma figure (i think have not been there in a while)

ya but i dont like ordering online to much trouble with the shipping. and if its free shipping then i gotta wait a month just to get something i could of been having a long time know. oh i went to the store today, restock on wall scrolls and a bag (i think) no figma's id post a pic of one of the scrolls but if you guys know how the anime is, its suicide.

well i get you but its mostly cause i aint got the time or money, plus i dont got any accounts on the online ordering but i have been meaning to give a try, do you know, how is it, is the product ever messed up sometimes, (Random Mikuru Beam "pew pew" xD)

i hear thats pretty good i hear its the same randomness as Haruhi Suzumiya. by the way hey Nano have you seen The Dissapearence of Haruhi Suzumiya, is it after the series cause i want to know when i should see it to still be in flow with the series. and is it as sad as they say.

Hm. I think it came out after season two. So you might want to watch season two first. I too want to see it. I hope it dubbed.
And I heard Dokuro-Chan has the same Tsun Dere as TMoHS. And lots of moe and comedy
