its not hard....u take the middle screw out of 2 launcers the change them....plus it sucks...

it has the exact same launch power as an old EZ launcher with a Dragon Winder.

This is not even worth being moved to the Your Creations forum ... It is one of the most basic modifications, and everyone knows it is illegal anyway.
