RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Blitz - Feb. 19, 2009

There isn't hardly any attacking wheels in this series of MFB, I'll be happy if Capricone actually has some upper attack. But yeh if they release a WD105 that would be an awsome tack.

I guess he changed it because before he had a pic. of the wheel, track and bottom of Escolpio as his avatar.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Bey Brad - Feb. 19, 2009

tahu stop changing your avatar

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Maz - Feb. 19, 2009

LOL I love how there are three consecutive posts all saying his avatar is something different.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - NAP - Feb. 25, 2009

Woah. Escorupi - ehem - Escolupio looks badass. The WD track looks more rigid than what we had presumed at first. Hope fully this Bey will rival Libra.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Pich - Feb. 25, 2009

Its Escolpio, dude....

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Blitz - Feb. 25, 2009

The track looks promising, It doesn't look too high even though it's a 145 track as it's got the 'wings' sticking out ^^
Might also be the angle of the picture lol.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Werkbau - Feb. 25, 2009

I believe it is prone to breakage , especially against 90 or 100 tracks...

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - BeyUK-Espio - Feb. 25, 2009

I looks pretty sick when used with a Libra wheel.

Maybe, but I don't think any of the Wheels we have right now can really get in-between the wings. I don't think it will be so easy to break.

I didn't really think any of the Wheels were prone to breaking. Have there been any reports of a wing on a Wheel being broken or anything yet?

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Bey Brad - Feb. 27, 2009

I've seen broken Aries and Libra. And he was obviously talking about the Track, not the Wheel. :\

Wow, I misinterpreted 'wings'. My bad.

In that case, I could see it breaking easily, but maybe they're anticipating the fragility of it and making it more durable? I mean, they did it with Pegasis' original Wheel.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Blitz - Feb. 27, 2009

Well that shows that Escolpio isn't going to be that heavy >.<
Don't think It will be the next Libra some how.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Bey Brad - Feb. 27, 2009

Talk about a wasted opportunity ...

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Sega - Feb. 27, 2009

Do you guys think that Takara-Tomy is trying to cut back costs with the MFB? I really think its costing them if they're going to make the Wheels out of metal if they're cutting back on these ones + the new Hybrid System coming out down the tracks.

I don't think it's that, just that making the Wheel solid metal is impractical for more reasons than just costs. If the project wasn't financially viable the way it is, they would charge more or not go ahead with it at all.

It doesn't cost that much to make them when you're dealing with the sort of volume TT are.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Aqua - Feb. 27, 2009

Ahh it's hollow!! Unhappy This wheel could've had so much potiential.

RE: BB-24: Escolpio WD145B - Kai-V - Feb. 27, 2009

According to the second message of that thread, Escolpio weighs about 30 grams, while Capricorne weighs 32 grams ...
