Yeah, those sets first appeared on eBay several months ago. Sono Kong has some pretty awesome sets, and quite a bit of them come with Attack stadiums. They're always relatively expensive though.

I'm currently listing a plastics lot on eBay and I'd really like to insure that I'd be giving back to the Beyblade community in selling my old plastics rather than selling to some kid that just wants to go on a nostalgia trip for a few minutes.

Is this legal to use for tournaments? I realize it's the exact same as an attack stadium and this question sounds stupid to me even as I am saying it, but it is still a knock off so?

It's not a knock off. It's the Sonokong version of the Attack Stadium. As such, I would expect it to be tournament legal.
