Hello fellow bladers. I am going to start planning a Beyblade Event for Anime Festival Wichita in Kansas. There is one problem, I have no idea how to even start thin
. My question is what all do I need? how many stadiums are needed? What kind of Stadiums? Where do I get these Stadiums? Should I sell beyblades at the event? How would I sell beyblades? How do I pay for all of this?

You can read in the Rulebooks which Beystadiums are legal. As for where to buy them, look around the Bey Martketplace forum. The number of legal Beystadiums you need depends on the turnout of your event, but having even just one can be enough.
Whether you want to sell Beyblades is entirely up to you.
You need to use your own money. However, after the event, if it was approved, we can use a portion of the money collected from the entry fee to reimburse you at least slightly for some important costs, such as the purchase of Beystadiums. We would, however, not reimburse you for buying Beyblades to sell, as that is not necessary at all.

You should PM Fragbait. He's in that area last I checked and has been looking into doing a tournament as well. He could probably help you out with coordinating.
