What is a level cuz on one topic it said that if u get 20000 pts u will get infinity libra and for 60000 pts u will get mercury anubis so is it like the bey point system on wbo so u get the bey if u have enough pts if u can how? And thoes rare blades is it cheap in Japan?

It's a system that's only available in Japan.
To reach a certain level you need a certain amount of points; then you can exchange those points for various prizes such as Mercury Anubis or Infinity Libra and level stickers which go on your beypoint card.
