This Bey is low to the ground so it hits around the Spin Track (it might hit there unless the other Bey is also low to the ground) and hits the other Bey from below. The Fusion Wheel is very large so it can attack a larger area (it may sound useless but if your battling more than one Bey your gonna want it). The Performance Tip (HF) makes the Bey swerve and helps the parts work better. I've won many battles with this Bey and if you use it at the right time your sure to win.

This is more or less a destabilizer, and I think there's a combo similar to this.
