Actually i would also like to know the same thing... i think as long as you know all of the rules after reading from the WBO rulebook then it should be ok. Also if you want the tournament to be apart of the WBO i think (not sure) but think you have to send them some of the registration money.

yes but it will be difficult to set up. look on the event proposal section and they should have some sort of a guide. you can make a public event or a wbo official event but not anything for hasbro or takara tomy. normally i would say this is an unneeded topic but i see this is your introduction.

You should have put this in the Questions and Coments section. But yeah, you can host tournaments if you know what you're doing.
. It's fun but a bit stressful at the same time.

Read the Event Guide and the Rulebooks and you should know everything.
