first you have to on the first link make your banner there are options to browse and add pucs./ when you are done click preview banner save it 2 ur pc then go on the second link and go on background browse find it on ur pc crop the part you want and add effects if u want the save (third option. then come on to change sig add pic and put in the url the website gives u

You need to read the rules; we have a size limit for signatures, which includes text as well by the way.
Also, I suppose you figured out how to add pictures already, but in case, you just need to upload it to a site like imageshack.us and you take the direct link they give you and use it like this :
