I'm not sure how things work. I want to know if there are beybladers in wisconsin or tournaments. I am new to this website and also want to know how tournaments work.

You should look in the WBO General forum to see if there are any other Bladers in your region. You should also read our Event Guide and Rulebooks as that will surely give you a better idea of what happens at our tournaments.
