Note: This is Metal Fight/Metal Fusion five piece system only!
Since customization is really important, let us try to make the best beyblade combination for a defense and stamina mix! Post your best customizations so show to everyone. and any bey that is a mix of 2+ things aren't that good, its better to focus one attribute

rock wolf 100 sf
balance type
amazing stamina
attacks back when attacked
ferocious attack type movement
great defense against low attackers and high attackers

...thats a horrible combo..
rock has recoil and is decent for attack, but certainly not for stamina or defense. use storm/ray/lightning/vulcan for attack..
CS is better for the purpose of counter attacking, and how can a bey have "ferocious" attack movement when it is stamina type? not to mention that sf isn't aggressive at all.
honestly a bey cannot have all of these seemingly great qualities when its a balance type.
if you want the ultimate defense/stamina type, just go look on competitive beyblade customizations... but if you are blind to see that..
defense : metal face earth bull/aquario c145/gb145 wb/rs/rsf?
stamina : earth (mold 1) bull DF145/145/AD145 WD/SD OR burn bull DF145/AD145/145 WD/SD
