We don't have such rules, we can customize beyblades all the time. Also, both competitors can use BeyLaunchers.

Firstly, stop writing all in capital letters, it is annoying.
Secondly, read our Rulebooks, because that is not how we work at all. If what you described is what Hasbro's rules are, then there is an obvious reason we exist and have our own rules ... We actually care about competitive play.
