no, he shouldn't.
Okay a number of things:
1 - You don't have a sig, attaching a file like that doesn't count.
2 - If you do put a sig on, it has to be 500 x 150 max.
3 - The most you should do is post this in WBO general, accompanying the general area in which you live.
4 - The much better solution is to just post about it in the "what's your beyblade team name?" thread in Beyblade general.
