Same colour as my hair pretty much. If you must use any dye, Use Manic panic, it stays in better than most others, I use it and the colour stays perfect for about 8 washes then fades to a lighter green.
I always top up every 3 weeks anyway, so I've never gone past the light green stage so I couldn't tell you how long it lasts. If you live in america, Manic panic should be commonplace to find.
Have fun bleaching your hair if it's not already blonde, it snaps and falls out

Not trying to sound bitchy, but i've never had a problem and I've used it for years.
My hair snaps because I let my mum and my hairdresser at it (Don't like touching it, smell goes through me enough as it is) and they slather it on and instead of going just for root re-dos, they do the entire thing, which i'm like "ARGH!" about, because it kills your hair.
Now Special FX, just went from blue to petrol green on my hair when I used it to be honest, whereas Manic panic atomic turquoise comes out like this on my hair and stays like it for several washes.:

That said, I'll try out special FX or punky colour.
With all the pictures Minion has with her super dope hairstyles and colors, I really want to try out the stuff she uses.
However due to ROTC restrictions with hair (for wearing uniform etc), I'll have to try natural hair colors (brown blonde etc) (is a light orange/red natural to you guys? lmfao).

Kenny, I really don't think this is a good idea. What do you look like, first off? Dying your hair like this could end up being a pretty big mistake...

I started using manic panic, and used it for 2 years before switching to punky colour. Manic panic fades incredibly on the first wash or two. Punky takes several washes to even start fading. (And smells like grapes <3 )
I think it depends a lot on the colour though. I usually go for reds and purples, never had much luck with greens.
Maybe I just have really resilient hair? It's all sorts of bleached/dyed and soft as ever.
Oh! One more thing- rinse with cool/cold water and use shampoos/conditioners designed for dyed hair. Wash your skin with lots of soap and really warm/hot water though. Too many of my friends end up looking like smurfs for a week after they change colours lol

Do what you like, it's your choice.
I've heard people advise that it can come out the wrong colour and seen it a couple of times but as long as you stick with proper dyes or get a barber/hairdresser to do it you should be fine. A word of warning, live XXL colour comes out really fast (lasted about 2 weeks with permanent and looked darker for about 2 months but not at all black like it was meant to be. I have brown hair.)
