I don't think you actually know much about Venom's character.
You just think "He looks cool, So he's strong"
I'm pretty sure you aren't even aware of who the current Venom is.
If you did, you would know that the only time he came close to defeating Spider-Man was when Spider-Man was outnumbered by the Sinister Twelve.

well i havent been into spiderman for years i just think he kicks butt and eddie brock yeh sucks but how about carnage the offspring of venom who can nuetralise spideys spider sense so spiderman doesnt see him coming you have been owned hahahahaha

Iron Man wouldn't win because "he's awesome"
He would probably win because of his genius at creating armors specifically to counter other characters.
Look up Hulk-Buster Armor and Thor-Buster Armor.

He's just a guy in a flying armor, which is strong, but Superman once juggled with planets. Hell, Superboy Prime punched a hole through time. I think the armor would break, too.
