BB-104 Basalt Horogium 145WD - Kai-V - Nov. 12, 2010

The name is confirmed. However, since there is no information about the parts, this topic will be locked.

This will be a Starter, it will come with a Right Launcher 2, will be sold for 945 yen in Japan, and should be released on February 19th 2011.

Apparently it is a new "forbidden Beyblade".

heavyy... Its also heavier than the Libra HWS as well.
I'm also glad that its not coloured metal wheel because now i'm not too worried about using it Grin

The owner of the beyblade is "Faust" (thanks Kai-V) from the American team, he looks like Sephiroth from FF7 lol.

This is the forbidden Beyblade because of its Weight (being over the TT beyblade weight limit)
No this beyblade will not be banned

Regards to Kei for opening the thread.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Annoying-Fork - Dec. 12, 2010

It's the best LOOKING metal wheel out there. Just too sexy.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Kei - Dec. 12, 2010

This is sick.

So when it says "50g", does it mean that the Wheel + Clear Wheel weigh that much? Gasp

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - ShadowZoroark - Dec. 12, 2010

wow it looks so cool. dont see how its forbbidden though

That seems a little extreme, I think it's referring to the beyblade as a whole.

Even if that's true, the Track shown in the pictures (125? Or is it 145?) along with the Bottom could not weigh more than 3 grams or so.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Crimson - Dec. 12, 2010

Also, not sure where the name from the thread title was seen, but from the katakana on the pages, it's now named "Hologium" (Or Horogium)

I love this blade! I love the clock motif Smile
I will totally make a point of buying this when it comes out. Tongue_out

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Jaems1 - Dec. 12, 2010

assuming that it IS the whole beyblade that weighs 50g, the Libra HWS (using the same track/bottom) would still weigh less... niice.

although i was HOPING (by the looks of the image) it would've been left/right spin, but Kai-V stated that it'll come with right launcher 2 so i guess it's right spin only Unhappy

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - SwiftShadow - Dec. 12, 2010

Whoa this looks really cool! Based on shape and weight, it is probably going to be a defense type. Takara tomy better change it's weight limit if they're making this.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - The Fire Wyrm - Dec. 12, 2010

so now we have a carp heavy forbidden clock?

EPIC.

L-Drago II is 6 and Meteo is 28 (37 in total), so I can see this being a bit heavier. It seems crazy to think how heavy this is, but I think both wheels together should be around 47 grams.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Annoying-Fork - Dec. 12, 2010

Wait I'm confused, don't the "forbidden" beys have at least one proprietary component? Unless Pegasis, Bull, Aquario, Sagittario ETC. are forbidden. Then screw me. I'm dumb.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - NitroNeo - Dec. 12, 2010

Wow the clock looks awesome , maybe it is forbidden cause it may count the time on 2012 JK

I am seriously gonna get this one , hope dimsum2u gets stocks

It seems like that is the trend from what I gather. So far we've had Lightning L-Drago and Meteo L-Drago correct? Both had proprietary clear wheels

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Kai-V - Dec. 12, 2010

Fifty grams must be for the whole Beyblade, and it is considered "forbidden" because TAKARA-TOMY has a weight limit of forty-seven grams. It is weird that they would release a Beyblade that is purposely above the weight limit though ...

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Byser - Dec. 12, 2010

Wow. I thought Earth would be the roundest HWS Metal wheel we'd ever get.

I'm really curious about how the metal wheel will look like from below.

Thx for the pics JAEMS.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Annoying-Fork - Dec. 12, 2010

I definitely had fallen in love with the color scheme, it just looks so majestic.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - PRINCEcharming - Dec. 12, 2010

I like the clock design on the Clear Wheel.
Just me, or does the metal wheel look perfect for spin-stealing?

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Soldier-F3AR - Dec. 12, 2010

Maybe its Forbidden due to the weight of the bey

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Moss-Da-Boss - Dec. 12, 2010

Basalt looks like super Dark.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Jaems1 - Dec. 12, 2010

i've just put up cropped in image of the owner of the beyblade. in my opinion his design is the best in the american team, purely because its black/grey/white colour scheme.

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Wraith - Dec. 12, 2010

This looks awesome! Thanks Jaems for the pics.

Let's hope it has more use....and let's really hope this isn't banned from day one because of the weight limit :\

RE: BB-104 Basalt Horologium - Annoying-Fork - Dec. 12, 2010

The owner looks like a Sadist.... YAY!
