Could I get a sig with Mei Mei's bey (Aquario 105F) on the right and my name in the lower left corner in baby blue. Could you make the background space themed?

Can I get Rock Leone to the left and iBslick418 to the right. Can you make the background neon green and the text camo colored (Orange camo if possible) if not then do the text in black. I'd like it to be kinda wavy too. could I get rock leone avi too but the background midnight blue also
