Any good? - ChozenBlader - Aug. 27, 2008

AR: Turtle Survivor
WD: Wide survivor
SG: Neo SG Left (Double bearing core)
SP: Defence Ring
BB: Customize Grip

How is this for a zombie blade? I've tried Turtle survivor on a spin stealer, and it works wonders. Can somebody test this combo and give feedback please?

This should work fine. Not many people consider Turtle Survivor, but it is actually very good.

RE: Any good? - ChozenBlader - Aug. 27, 2008

Wow, I actually came up with a half decent zombie then? Cool Joyful_3
I love the AR, simply because it isn't commonly used. It makes combos more unique. It also steals spin as well as Tiger Defenser in my opinion.

Glad to see someone else finally tried Turtle Survivor ... good choice!

Experiment with other SP's...could Cross Survivor work better?

How does Turtle Survivor work, similar to bistool AR because it doesn't look (I don't have one) very useful to me unless its more balance than shape.

In left spin, the spikes will steal spin effectively.

Ok, thx. I wouldn't have guessed that it would be that effective and mines broke =(

RE: Any good? - Train - Aug. 28, 2008

It's also super thin and widely spread out giving it nice balance and survival. I always thought it would be nice for Zombies, but I personally think it's one of the most fragile parts ever created :-/

RE: Any good? - Pich - Aug. 28, 2008

It is very fragile. Every one that I've had has broken within a week of having it.

RE: Any good? - ChozenBlader - Aug. 28, 2008

Yeah, it is fragile. But, with a wide WD, in left-spin there should be no worries

One of mine has also broken. Though, it was from the first Beyblade I ever purchased, so...

I've been using Turtle Survivor for almost all of my Zombies for awhile now. Chozen right about it being just as good as Tiger Defenser with all the tests ive done it works just as well in left spin.

RE: Any good? - ChozenBlader - Aug. 29, 2008

Thanks Gruffy.
No I can finally rest my Tiger Defenser AR XD
