I assume he means Starter Sagitario (Face bolt, clear wheel and wheel.) + DW145S

DW145 does not exist.
Anyway, that combination is bad whether it is Sagittario or Flame Sagittario. Next time, if you want to make a new topic in this section, you need to provide tests against top-tier combinations, and in a good Beystadium.
