hmm, thats interesting but this thread is for combo testing against top tiers.... but interesting thought though

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Sniper - Mar. 28, 2011

Read the OP. Counter, Aries and M145 are all very outclassed.

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Sniper - Mar. 28, 2011

then whats the point of having this thread if you dont test what people suggest on a combo ive seen beyblade with outclassed parts kick butt but it didnt stop them

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Sky Prince - Mar. 28, 2011

i believe the point is to find the best of the best combos that beat or come to par to top tier combos.... if one is outclassed, that means other combos are way stronger than it in so many aspects.

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Sniper - Mar. 28, 2011

so the combo i used at battle of the broughs 2 was out classed and i got to up to 5th place(thats 2 spots behind 3rd)

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Sky Prince - Mar. 28, 2011

well, it's an attack type and if u lost to another attack type in terms of an attack battle, that means it was outclassed. doesn't really matter what place u placed in a tournament. it's more so how it's used, what combo, and what type of battle (example: attack v attack, stamina battle, attack v defense power battle, etc.)

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Dan - Mar. 28, 2011

Attack vs. Attack does not designate which is better, it tends to determine who has a better shot or who is luckier..
You can say it is outclassed if one attack type does worse against all other types than the other. (Defense, Stamina.)

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Sky Prince - Mar. 28, 2011

hmm, that is a good point. i stand corrected

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - RayUniD125CS - Mar. 29, 2011

I have a test that only someone with R^2F, 90, and Big Bang can do. And they have to know which mode is Smash Attack mode:

Big Bang Pegasis 90R^2F against top tier defence types.

I don't have many beys, so this could tell me how high of a priority certain beys should be for me as far as buying.
I will do a test soon. I'm not allowed to blade on school nights.

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Pimpju - Mar. 29, 2011

A nigh on equivalent combo has already been tested, and failed miserably.

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Xyo - Mar. 29, 2011

Fang (Counter attack mode) PegasisIII 85RF VS Top tier defense combos and
Fang(normal mode)Aquario85 WD vs top tier stamina

Well I did say Top Tier 230 combos
and there are 6 different 230 combos WHICH ARE TOP TIER
3 of which are Defense types so tests can be done against them...........

you didn't say that.... u said AND I QUOTE:
"Storm Capricorne M145 Q vs Flame Byxis 230 WD"
that isn't quite top tier.... hell kerbecs uncustomized could take it out so easily.

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - drybones41 - Mar. 30, 2011

I have two requests which are similar to each other.

Tornado Bull (85 or 95 or 100) WD

Vulcan Bull (85or 95 or 100) WD

I know the combo may seem strange but i'm trying to wrap my head around deflecting/negating attacks.
If an 85 track was used and if an attack type which uses a track higher than 85 the ramps on tornado could excecute an upper attack hopefully negating the attack made by the opposing bey. The WD performance tip is used so that upon impact the opposing bey wouldn't smash the bey downward causing the metal wheel to scrape the floor and WD also provides good stamina.
The Vulcan metal wheel has two ramps instead of the bunch of ramps on tornado, which should be able to excecute an upper attack more successfully.
Bull is used because of its stamina properties.

I would like either of those tested against top tier attack, stamina and defence customizations. If a 230 track is used in a customization, it might not be necessary because and upper attack would be unlikely but test if you want.

I'm not in a rush so take your time. If you think the combo isn't worth testing please ignore this post. Thankyou.

ok
clear wheel: wolf
metal wheel: burn
spin track: 145
performance tip: wide defense

Without the grip of RF, the Attack Type could KO it...

The point of this combo is to stop attacks not go out and attack themselve, but you have a point an attack type could KO it but if a RS was used it would stand a chance because of the grip it has.

it would still ko. think about this:
recoil of the stationary beyblade (your combos) + recoil of the attack beyblade = a harder ko for the stationary beyblade
for that reason, the weight of the stationary beyblade has to be so extreme that its ridiculously hard to ko OR the stationary beyblade's recoil has to be to a minimum (such as earth). and no offense but the combos u mentioned, even WITH an RS, i could ko it with my eyes blind folded (not literally).

So i see, the beyblade has to have very low recoil and the bey has to be heavy.
Thanks for explaining for whats wrong.

RE: Beyblade parts testing requests...(Updated Rules... READ OP!!!) - Aquilaz112 - Mar. 31, 2011

The bey doesen't nescessarily have to be heavy.
Must be just above 30-32 grams but must have grip with stadium floor(RF).

for what ever reason would it have to be RF? y not RS?
and i said "heavy" for the reason of Pre-hws libra... it's harder to knock out compared to earth. which is y i said heavy OR no recoil.... or both.

WOW you seriously don't understand
DID YOU NOT SEE the post I made about my request
It specifically says Storm Capricorne vs Top Tier 230 combos
when I posted the vid Storm Capricorne M145 Q vs Flame Byxis 230 WD that was too show the effectiveness of M145Q vs 230.

(Mar. 27, 2011  3:59 PM)Ultimate Wrote: Lightning/Gravity/Vulcan Bull M145 Q vs Top Tier 230 combos.

The more bouncy mode of M145.
Please do different tests with Sliding Shoot and Banking with M145Q combo.
I'm not sure which type of launch is better.

no i understand... u made two requests but i didn't see the other one. (i completely ignored it previously cause i thought it was stupid to put it on the quake mode). anyways, someone already tested that with better parts:
