If you change the Metal Storm wheel to a Metal dark wheel on a Storm Aquario, will it Change the beyblades type? Its an attack type...but i don't know if that different wheel changes that. also, would its name now be, "Dark Aquario"?

Yes and yes. Make sure to read the Metal Fight Beyblade article, and know that you can do some tests on your own to see whether your Beyblade's performance varies when you change some parts.
