You can easily just buy online. Paypal Accounts aren't hard to make.

Unless someone lives relatively close to you, you won't be able to pay many people cash in hand.
Get a debit card if you haven't got one already and create a palpal account.
Another option is to go to tournaments and see if anyone else is selling one.
Your best bet to get an attack stadium is one off of ebay for $40.
Look up dimsum2u for the rest.
